Joseph Arthur’s voice and songs have won over the attention and collaboration of a who’s who of rock “˜n’ roll, including Lou Reed, Pearl Jam, Ben Harper, T Bone Burnett, Dhani Harrison, REM, Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, and Peter Gabriel, who discovered Arthur and signed him to his label, Real World.

About the Musician

According to Arthur, for every song he has released in his critically acclaimed, Grammy-nominated career that has spanned nine full-length albums and 11 EPs, he’s probably kept three others in the vault for safekeeping. Indeed he has been known to start working on a new album (or two) while simultaneously trying to finish another. Arthur’s albums include such critically acclaimed works as Redemption City, The Ballad of Boogie Christ, and Lou: The Songs of Lou Reed, a tribute to the late rock singer-songwriter with whom Arthur was close friends.
